I am good at math and statistically I am likely to be a nothing and then die. Just look around, what makes you different from the rest of the jerks around you? What is a something anyway? Bipolar bursts of energy and lucidity will not carry me through. But what does it mean anyway? I just want to live without any stress. Stress kills me.

Pray.

Stress is one of the things that induces increased permeability of the blood brain barrier so that substances can pass through. This is addiction.

To reduce stress, address yor spiritual concerns.

The Lord's Prayer is in Matthew 6.

For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.
