what do you feel when you forgot to pray?

when I forget to pray, I feel lonely, and like I have done wrong. Prayer is communication with God, if we don't spend time with him it is like not eating. Prayer and Bible reading is our spiritual food.

I never pray, but I feel a bit blah if if I have to miss my daily meditation for any reason.

There are no magic words. Prayer cannot alter reality. Empty rituals such as prayer are as silly as lucky rabbits feet and other artificial confidence boosters.
