Dont take her out anywhere....Invite her over, cook her a dinner, light lots n lots of candles its very romantic...dont act weird, be urself, get into a conversation with her, tell her you love her, and then BAM get on you knees and ask...if she loves you no matter how you propose she will say yes, that shouldnt matter..Good luck wish you the best

Make sure that you create a beautiful, romantic engagement story for her! Do something special. Go above and beyond the average proposal. Plan to put effort into making it extra special.
Briefly, here are a few engagement stories I've heard recently (just to get your mind going) :
Rent a hotel room with a balcony that you can view the sunset from. Fill the room with flowers, mirrors, candles, etc. and bring your girlfriend there as a surprise. Have her favorite love song playing in the background, have a slow dance, and at the song's conclusion, propose to her.
Create a photo album featuring all those your girlfriend loves. Place a brief letter at the end of the album detailing the reasons why you love her. On the last page, you can have a photo of you kneeling on one knee, arm extended out, ring in hand. Then you propose (in real life of course)!
Give your girlfriend a stationery set. Write your name on one of the envelopes. Inside, you can begin a letter from her to you that reads, "Yes, I'd love to..." As soon as she reads it, you ask her the question.
Those are just a few ideas!
The main guideline is find something that you think will work for the both of you.
I once had a teacher who proposed to his wife in the ice cream shop where they had their first date. This worked for his wife, as she didn't mind the spotlight in the crowded store, however that idea may not work for others.
Make it special! Make it sincere! Put in that extra planning and extra effort! It will be worth it.
Good luck!!

If she loves you she's not going to say no!
Ok. The day you want to propose.... send her a bouquet of roses. Have reservations at a really nice restaurant. Decide before hand what you will be having.... So that it is just served to you and you don't have decide during the "date". Have desert... A scoop of ice cream. Have the waiter place the ring into the ice cream scoop so that when served the ring is facing her. When she realizes the ring is there, say will you?

Try to think of things that she likes and makes her happy. Does she like the park, flowers, concerts? If she is a private or shy person make sure you do not embarrass her by being too public. You can fill a gazebo with flowers and take her there, get on one knee and ask. Or you can make her a banner out of a sheet saying "will you marry me" Just think of what she would like. If she loves you, she won't say no...just do not hide a ring in her food or drink!!! good luck!!!

make it really personal. wherever it is, whatever you say make it something that shows that you really know her and that she's that special one... maybe take her to the first place you went on a date and remind her of how it all started....the journey so far and tell her the adventure/ journey that you want to be the rest of your life with her. ( i know i'm a bit cheesy, but you get the idea- and btw i would absolutely melt if a boyfriend said this to me). just think of everything that made you realize that you want to marry her and tell her... GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

She may say yes or no.....
She may not be ready yet so you need to be prepared for this and respect her choice.....let her make her decisions based on her confidence...
With patience you will have a better relationship...
