How much weight sould i be able to put into my reps (biceps, shoulders)? Should i be struggling at the end of a rep, or be able to move it comfortably to build muscle?

I have heard 6-8 reps and the last one should burn and you can barely make it. This will tear and break down muscle so it has to rebuild. Lighter weight and more reps help muscle tone, but not bulking up.

Work to failure, but it should be at least 5-7 reps, keep in mind that the point where you cannnot keep form is considered failure, you may be able to do more with poor form but dont, you will only injure yourself.

the last couple of reps should be hard but the form still needs to be correct. that's all that really matters

never substitute weight for form, that's when injury occurs

You should start off with lighter loads but don't overwork yourself. Try 10. If you can go further, then 15. But I think 30 is too much...!
