I'm thinking about it. Basically you get a big bag of birdseed, have a bowl for breakfast, bowl for lunch and a sensible dinner. You can make "granola bars" out of it for snacks. You can put soy milk on it but not real milk because birds don't drink milk. For exercise you have this routine of flapping your arms like wings and saying "tweet tweet." Basically I'm wondering if anyone has had any success with this.

MMMmmmmmm, yum.
I imagine one would sure lose weight!
Gross.
You're question cracked me up.
I haven't tried it, but the the flapping your arms and tweeting part might be fun to do in the front yard so the neighbors could enjoy it too.
Funny. You added a smile to my coffee this morning.

Hi

I have never heard of this diet and have never tried it personally. But I do not really think this would work as bird seeds are for birds and not really suitable nutritionally for humans.

I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and healthily and i myself lost 15kg within 2 months via a detox.

I have also helped people lose a total of 500kg in the past few years via detox.

A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.

Would you consider a detox to lose weight?

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLvT

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

You should nevber take away the food she is used to. Some birds have been known to starve to death by having this done. Also a sudden change like this causes some health problems. It needs to be done gracually, over several weeks until she's converted. It is NOT neccessary to completley remove seed for good. It is simply upto you as the owner to monitor her seed intake. If she eats too much seed, then don't give her that much. I don't understand why people insist on completely removing seed from a diet. I don't think they realize it is US as owners who contribute to their rotten seed eating habits, not the birds. A simple check on the net to see which seeds are good for your conure, buy them & limit the intake each day is all you need to do. A peelt only diet can sometimes be just as bad as a seed only diet. Please consider a good varied diet of fresh foods too. Try & find all kinds of different fruit & veg, made in different ways as well as cooked foods (my sun goes mad over cooked mash veggies with rice, pumpkin & sweet potato) all birds like their foods dished up in different ways. You can also eat these foods infront of Nikki & make the food sound really yummy to tempt her. Skewers of food on her gym or cage. Foods hidden in toys. Pellets can be soaked in natural fruit juice to tempt her. This should be changed at least 2 -3 times a day as soggy pellets go off quickly.
