Well let me tell you what happened. This girl at my work started to give me indirect signals that she likes me. Like for example we were sitting in the breakroom and it happend i was the only guy there out of nowhere when everyone was talking about something else she interrupts the conversation and starts talking how she is looking for her soulmate and stuff. A lot of other flirty situations. Well the first time when she was giving all these signals she kind of caught me by surprise and i did not react to these signals. Basically i was in analyzing mode. Then after i thought about it i am like ok lets give it a try so the next day i start to give out indirect signals, flirtation, body language and stuff to let her know that i do have some interest but i did not got the feeling i though i would get. She did not react to my signals. So i am wondering here what could have gone wrong. Was i too late to give her the signals of affection or what. Tell me your opinion

Yeah asking her out thats kind of hard to do in my possition because i am sort of her boss and without finding out for sure its difficult for me to do that. I dont want her to put her in a difficult position either that could as well affect our work relation as well. so i am in a dilema here

It looks like she is now waiting for your move by asking her.. She is quite sure that you are interested with her, because she did what you did to her before...

Either you misread her signals or she didn't understand you signals.
Just ask her out. What's the worst that could happen? Just that she would say no. Big deal...
Don't play games to see if someone is interested. Just ask them out and go from there.

if she wants to be with u she will definitely react on the signals u were sending! any how if she wont react then may be she is in some other problem or the way she was flirting with u was just for her joy!

maybe she was thinking of her ex-bf.but try to prove ur worth to her.let ur boss praise u or buy gifts for her and do not give it directly.place it on her table and inside write a small note so onli when she open the present,she noes who gave it to her.i suggest this.good luck and may the Lord give u sucess!

I think your radar might be off. Why not just be direct and ask her out to coffee? If she says yes, well then, there's your answer.
Just saw that you are her BOSS???!!! No way...not kosher to date an employee. Look for someone else.
