Immunity to cold temps or Imunity to the cold virus?

I would think in general to either, no.

After exposure to cold temps, your body is going to start reacting to the cold and start shutting down in response to hypotherma.

In regard to cold viruses. Each cold you have is a different virus from the last cold you had. Nothing you can really do to prevent getting one. Although the flu vaccine can help you have less reaction to the virus
