I'm thin, but very much out of shape, I get tried easily, feel weak. I been eating nothing but junk food, fast food for years. I'm trying to wean myself off of it but it's hard since no one at home cooks, we only eat out but I've been going to Subway and ordering subs lately and only eating grilled and baked food instead of fried. I'm eating more vegetables. I don't drink water much. I don't take vitamins much. I would like to get in shape and not get so tried and winded whenever I dance or do an activities. I feel so weak and my bones hurt sometime. Any advice on what food to get healthy and how long will it take for me to get healthy since I abused my body with junk food for so long?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

well you are on the right path. fortunately the human body is very resilient and can take quite a bit of abuse. as you ween yourself off junk food try to increase your water intake to 8 glasses a day. switching to Subway is a start but you are going to have to start making more of your own food eventually for optimum health and nutrition.

once you're saying skinny, do you recommend over all width of them, or in simple terms no longer lots hair to them? in the event that they are in simple terms skinny, be careful whilst attempting to shape them your self, so which you do no longer finally end up with a bald spot. Secondly, purely get rid of hair from the under element of the brow (no longer the suited of it). i could recommend going to a salon, have them waxed or tweezed, then you definately can in simple terms save up on them your self. in case you have sparse hair, and want a fuller brow, use an eyebrow pencil. this could take some prepare nonetheless so which you do no longer look such as you have drawn on brows. desire this enables!
