Then you could build a rapport.
Then you could get cheeky.
Then you could play strip-shogi ;-)
If you are after some sort of relationship/friendship thing happening you will need to communicate with him. Games are a good non-threatening way to do so. Especially if he beats you.
Get him to teach you how to be better at it.

Have fun with him. He needs some fun in his life. Find out what he likes to do and take him out to do it. Part of the lure of a younger woman to an older guy is that she helps him have a good time.

Just go with your feelings and watch his body language. If he accepts your advances, continue slowly and just let nature take it's course. Age is just numbers as long as you're both adults.
