My ex is back next door! (???)?

Question

My cheating ex moved out after our bitter breakup. He said he couldnt stand seeing me. We broke up after 4 years coz he couldnt wait no longer for the sex. A week later,
he moved into next door flat. So now we're neighbors!
When Im home, he would sometimes walk in n out my flat to borrow stuff. The thing about him is that everytime I try to make conversations, he cant seem to look into my eyes...he would have this weird grin,like theres something tickling him - looks like hes trying to hold his smiles. He keeps emphasizing he wants to be friends but always refuses to engage in casual talks like how his weekend was n stuff. Hes so cold and arrogant now. Hes changed! Hes gone back to his smoking,drinking n late nightouts habit. Shes supposed to be looking after him, after stealing him away! I dont know where the man I used to be in love with is now.
What is he pulling this time??

I dunno what he's up to, but what you are describing sounds very shifty. I think he want you to come crawling back to him. Don't.

I guess it might be possible he's planning to break in to your flat or do something more along the lines of mind games with you.

Who's suppose to be looking after him ? sounds like hes just trying to be a jerk with you don't worry about him move on with your life and do something more positive with your time then he is -good luck!

If i was you i would avoid him at all cost, it sounds like hes hanging around the wrong crowd if hes partying again,it sounds like hes playing games with you,totally avoid him.
