* I experience that my self, that when I am in a bad mood, my hand writing is bad , letters eatten, & some of them r not even completed.
* when I am alright , my hand writing is much beautiful & readable!

Having kept a diary for years, I have to say yes. Those times when life was very tough, the writing is small, crushed and messy. During the better times it is larger, letters are fuller and neater.
Even my shopping lists - written during the week - reflect the mood at the time!

I think yes! Your emotional state defiantly changes your writing. This also links in with how the human mind works. I hope this help!
