I've tryed working out. dieting. it's so hard for me to lose weight! does any body have any diet secrets? lol...i really want to lose weight for the summer! and i really want to lose weight in my legs and stomache!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

I am also on a diet. I would suggest that as a rule quick drops in weight are not good for your body or for the prospects of keeping the weight off permanently. You should ideally be looking at losing 1-2 pounds per week combined with exercise. For toning parts of your body, exercise can help - maybe check out your local gym and ask there? But if you really need to lose the weight quickly then try maybe a diet plan like Weight Watchers shakes or similiar. Don't do the diets like the Aitkens Diet etc as they diets normally deprive the body of essential nutrients that they need. GOOD LUCK!

What ever people tell you it is never easy, i struggle i am in the exact same boat as you. want to lose weight around the hips n thighs. I have the Lateral Thigh Trainer and it is helping. People say to you just don't eat junk and eat veg. It is not that easy trust me. Ween yourself off them slowly. You will not notice changes straight away. You may start feeling better in yourself.Just start walking round a field or something like that easy exercise with great results. Junk food is a great thing and also a bad thing. Great if your thin and bad if you are the other way about. Try and feel confident in the way that you are just now. And when you do lose that weight, you will feel great. Hope everything works out. Search the web for 'cabbage soup diet'. There are a few variations. It works, I know because I use it every now and again. (And have been for many years) Mainly after Christmas. And don't worry, you don't ONLY eat cabbage. You lose 5kg+ in one week. (+- 11 lbs)

After that, you need to evaluate your eating/exercise habits and make consequent changes if you don't want to gain it back.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
