Take 2 tbls. heinz apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before a meal and before bed. Vinegar has 93 vitamins and minerals so you will be able to control your appetite. It is very good as a laxative. It will cure acne, depression and gives you so much energy. Hair and nails will grow long and strong so they will not break off. If you like, eat a cup of apple sauce before bed. I guarantee you will go. Drink 6-8 glasses of water too. Don't forget the exercise.

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.

Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

Using laxatives for losing wheight is dangerous.

For one thing, they don't help you lose wheigh because by the time they kick in all the acolries will be absorbed. Sorry, toots. Also, "Laxative abuse can lead to bloody diarrhea, dehydration, nausea and vomiting. Prolonged use of laxatives can cause an inability to move the bowels without them. They can cause permanent bowel damage and even death."

If you want to lose whieght without damageing your body, diet pills are a no go as well. They are almost always really bad for you or don't work. The only way to lose wight while being healthy is the old-fashioned way: Diet and exercise.

Your difficult to read question in one paragraph seems to suggest you don't wish to mess with you body, are you constipated or just trying to abuse laxatives to loose weight?

In the next paragraph you are looking for slimming pills! You were right the first time. DON'T MESS WITH YOUR BODY!

I will give my stock answer, however it is interesting to see how close this is ( I have been using it for over 2 months), to a recent paper from University of California. They did a meta-analysis of all the work on weight loss over the past few years. ( summary) It showed that 2/3 of people who diet yo-yo to a higher weight, none of the faddy diets of diet pills work and that rapid weight loss doubles heart attack risk!

They seemed to suggest the only hope was modest calorie reduction + EXERCISE.

This is a news report of the article:
http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/health/...

I have to admit I have a 'stock' answer for this question, since if you look it appears 20-30 times every day!!!

Type 'guaranteed weight loss' into google, you will find 1 1/2 million sites!

Look around you if ANY of these things worked would we be getting so overweight?

We are what we eat, but we are at least as much what we don't do. Calorie intakes in 1900 and 1950 were higher than they are now, we just don't use them up!

Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg. Drop to about 1,500 calories.

Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?

I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!

No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way

Laxatives won't help you lose weight. All they do is clear out your symptoms. Trust me - it can hurt like hell if you take too many as your stomach cramps. Laxatives also kinda dehydrate you - because they suck out all the moisture near your bowel to make everything come out. Any weight loss you registered would probably just be in regards to your body losing water.
Try looking up "Size Zero Pill" on the net - they deliver the pills to your door - i have been doing a bit of reading about them and i'm thinking of giving it a closer look.
Good luck :)

Ok... So you don't want to hear this but... Taking laxatives to lose weight is called Bulemia... It's the same as throwing up after you eat. It doesn't work and it makes you sick both physically and emotionally.

See a dietician for some advice about how to acheive healthy weight loss, it's quicker and easier. If you can't stop thinking about laxatives try talking to a couscilor.

Good luck and be healthy

Girl....just don't do it. They will mess up your body. Diet pills just cause an increase in your heart rate, which can cause you to feel uneasy, jittery, or "out of your skin". Most of them have unsupported claims of success too.
Laxatives are intended to be used for occassional bouts of constipation...I am assuming with your combination of questions that you want to use them for weight loss. Extended or inappropriate use of laxatives can have a lasting effect on your GI tract, making it difficult for you to have healthy function in the future (when not using them). You should not rely on pills of any sort to help you lose weight.
Im drawing from your screen name that you are a dancer. I do not totally understand what its like to be in the dancing field, but its not worth it if you are turning to things such as laxatives and diet pills for being in the right weight class.
Dancing tends to be one of the top ranking activities that turn out eating disorders and disordered eating. Please do not become a statistic like this. I always worry, especially if you are young and only trying to "fit in". Please do not fall to peer pressure to harm your body just to look like every one else.
Good luck, be healthy and mindful with all your decisions, listen to your body, it will tell you what it needs, not what someone else thinks it needs.
All my best in health.
