I am looking for the recipe of a version of the strong bull. It has red bull, vodka, vinegar, and beer.?

I had this while in Japan at the Hub Pub English Pub in Nagoya. It looked like they put 3 shots of vodka, a half can of Red Bull, a shoot of white vinegar, (2 unknown shots both clear) and topped off with a little beer. Served in a pint glass.
If you can give me the specifics, I would appreciate it.
