Its just the same, sometimes the only different is that those planes flight a higher altitude than other planes(smaller ones)
but the risk is the same,, Well it also depends of what airline you fly, Its not the same fly in a model 2000's that a 1980's.Jeje!!
I like most the Airbus A340-600!!

Just the same. Boeing 747 has lots of variants. The newer, the better and safer. The latest, launched in October 1985, is the 747-400. The only difference between the 747 and other smaller airplanes is that the 747 flies smoother because its of its size, the wind can't shake it up too much.

On all aircraft systems are redundant. Jumbos are actually more stable. It is awesome to fly in a wide body aircraft. I am an airline mechanic trust me the aircraft today are safer then ever. I would not say that the airlines care as they send there aircraft out to different countries to work them. But because of the engineering that goes into them that makes all the difference.

In most cases the danger is in who is operating it, not the aeroplane itself. B747s have an excellent reputation, but there are some pretty old ones around. Stick with the better airlines and you'll have nothing to worry about.

i think 727 is the most dangerous popular one cause it shakes alot and its very sensitive to air, and when you want to turn it to right or to left, its very sensitive and makes the landing scary especially for beginners
