iron pills, or drink a big fat glass of cow's blood and you will probably never crave it again.

usually whilst our bodies crave an weird and wonderful substance (usually that's in pregnant females) it isn't the substance our bodies choose it truly is a few thing it truly is interior the substance that our physique desires. Pregnant females each and every so often crave laundry cleansing soap, chalk, coal and different truly weird and wonderful issues, despite the fact that it potential that they are lacking in some mineral which contain iron or calcium case in point. A yearning for blood could be multiple minerals. This being stated i'm specific human beings as properly pregnant females would have weird and wonderful cravings if their physique is being disadvantaged of minerals and supplements it desires to be healthful. be conscious: while you try to indicate you have been embraced with the aid of a vampy, this could be a infantile whim and should no longer be entertained with the aid of me.

Ok, so thats obviously a little "odd", no offense. but i would think that your body is IRON deficient. blood contains iron and often if we are deficient, which I am ironically enough, we might feel we crave things like this (kind of). Red meat is a great way to get iron with that "bloody" source. I gave up most meat and became iron deficient from a lack of iron in my regular, non-meat diet.
Have a medium-rare steak or burger and see how you feel...or have a few this coming week (within reason of course) and see how you feel. Also, try Ferrous Gluconate supplement every other day. this type of iron supplement is absorbed better and a little slower by the body (wont cause constipation as much either). You might want to get your Iron count checked. If you give blood somewhere, ask them to double check the next time you go in. I was refused when my iron counts came up too low. so just ask!
good luck, don't act on your blood urges in an inappropriate (to societal norms) way. Enjoy a piece of beef instead!

Maybe it is simlar to a craving that some women get when pregnant called PICA which is a craving for odd things. Some speculate that pica cravings are the body's attempt to obtain vitamins or minerals that are missing through normal food consumption. Sometimes pica cravings may be related to an underlying physical or mental illness.
In some studies, these bizarre cravings have been linked to an iron deficiency — even though none of the craved items contain a significant amount of iron. Some women who have iron-deficiency anemia crave ice until the deficiency is cured. And pica is sometimes listed as a symptom of iron-deficiency anemia.
As blood has a heavy iron component I would suggest having your iron and ferritin levels and stores checked.

Your body is trying to tell you that you need vitamins and minerals. Take 2 tbls. of heinz apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2-3 x day or if dieting, before a meal. Vinegar has 93 vitamins and minerals so your craving will stop. Listen to your body. I used to crave dirt until I learned about vinegar and now no more cravings.

Take an iron suppliment. The taste of blood is irony...metalicy. If that doesn't help, you may have a condition called pica. Someone described it well in the food section. It's under vegetarian and the question was about eating dirt and mud. The greatest answer had links to sites about pica.
Good luck!

Difficult question. The source that first comes to mind is a very rear stake. Check your blood, maybe you don't have enough red cells?
