I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Become an expert in exactly what you’re doing. Learn how and why things work and you’ll have faith that they'll. Check out a podcast referred to as Cut The Fat, and hear it when you’re exercising.

It's likely you're eating too fast. Try holding a conversation while having a meal so you're definitely not gulping down more than it is advisable to feel full.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

If you eat when you’re harassed, try munching on pumpkin or perhaps sunflower seeds. You’ll need in order to chew more, which will dissipate most of that energy, but without introducing calories.

It’s Friday brunch time and you simply can’t stop going back for seconds. But hang on! Stop for any minute and suck on a supplementary strong mint. The flavour may put you off that 3rd plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.

Man up. Studies show that girls binge on food more than men and, when food decisions are emotional, it’s a menu for disaster. Instead, eat little amounts when you’re hungry, definitely not when you’re bored or disappointed, and once a week day the girls for beer as well as pizza – you’ve earned the item.
