Hi,
Give her something with your smell (like a shirt or sock) and a ticking clock... She will fall asleep. The clock reminds her of her mum's heartbeat. The smell of you shirt/socks makes her feel close to you.
Good luck

She probably is missing her siblings. You could try putting a ticking clock near her crate or leave the radio on. Also make sure she is warm, maybe put a big cuddly toy in with her.
Also make sure she isn't hungry and has an adequate supply of water. Puppies of that age should be having 4 meals per day, the last one usually about 10 p.m. to give them a full stomach during the night.
She will settle after a couple of nights. It just needs a lot of patience on your part.
It might be better to ignore those puppy pleas, hard as it might be, but she will eventually drop off to sleep.

First off get a crate. This will serve as her "den" or bed. Place a ticking clock and/or a hot water bottle inside a towel or pillow case and place it in the crate. The crate will be like a den and also a protection place where she can't go getting into trouble. The clock is to represent a mother's heartbeat.
Be sure to read on how to size a crate. Otherwise she will pee in it.
EDIT: don't comfort her too much the way you are especially if it is a large breed. This will result in a spoiled dog and will cause future problems that are sometimes hard to correct.

BIG mistake. Never, EVER stay up all night with a dog or you will have to keep doing it for the rest of that dogs life, never mind just this week!!!! You must ignore the noise a new dog makes because it will soon stop. It isnt a baby, its an animal and it needs to be trained, not coddled. If you teach it that you will come whenever it cries, that is what you will have to keep on doing.

Who says dogs are stupid? Even at this age she has worked out that if she keeps whining, you will stay with her. If you don't want to carry on doing this every night, put her in a secure place, ie. kennel, crate or whatever, with everything she needs, and then LEAVE. Ignore the whining, barking and so on, and it will stop after a couple of nights. Really, it will.

Stay with the crate idea, only try putting ablanket and a stuffed toy and a clock. the ticking sound will mimic a heart beat of her mom and she can cuddle up with the toy.

Well, Try putting her in a big box. And spread a comfortable old blanket in it. I'm not an expert about puppies but that's what I would suggest. If that doesn't work then try warming up some milk and put it a bottle you use for babies. Make sure the room is dark and no light what so ever.

i think that u should play with the puppy alot abd then when its time to go to bed she might just fall asleep but if that doesnt work have the puppy sleep in your room and talk to her it might calm her down.
