Love, harmony, and bombs strapped on their backs get them to Heaven? That's what they teach their kids.

You have three main groups that I reckon are out there.
1) Those that do not preach peace and harmony that kill people.
2) Those that enable those in group 1, but might preach peace and harmony,
3) Those that want nothing to do with terrorism of 1) and 2) that actually and honestly condemn group 1) but not necessarily 2).

Most Muslims do not kill people. The Jihadists who kill people make their own rules. They have decided that is OK to kill fellow Muslims, even women and children, which is forbidden in the Koran.
The problem is when people use their religious beliefs to get political power over others. They can justify anything, and claim God has commanded them to do it. Look how bad it was in the Middle Ages if you were not a Catholic in Europe!

The ones preaching love and harmony aren't the same ones as the ones that are killing people... The same question could be asked about Christians, as there are Christians that kill people, and Christians which promote "love and harmony".

In case you didn't notice, the ones who are killing people aren't preaching anything. They wear masks and never show themselves in public. Too many marines looking for them.
What I want to know is why the Muslims who preach a "religion of peace" aren't absolutely livid about these yahoos making them look bad?
Even more, I wonder why Muslims are still Muslims. There are three Abrahmic religions. Are they so proud that they won't give up the bad one for one of the others?
Same God?
Same heritage?
Mohammed was inspired by Judaism and Christianity.
What's the difference?

*get some knowledge & check ur sources again
*in islam it's forbidden 2 kill any1 or harm any living being so i don't know where did u get this from!
*if some terrorist happened 2 be a muslim it doesn't mean that he represents us...actually it doesn't mean he's muslim at all because islam is AGAINST terrorism
* all religions have extremists so don't generalize judjment on the whole group based on the act of few...
*islam is the religion of peace & if u don't agree with this it's ok, we don't force people 2 convert...but respect our religion as much as we respect all religions so we can all live in peace :-)

The majority of Muslims have never hurt anyone in their lives. Stop generalizing and attacking people you know nothing about.

i am muslim and have never hurt anyone.
i know many muslim people and not one of them have killed.
just cause you see on t.v. the so called "Muslims" are killing people does not mean the real muslims who follow the quran and prophet kill. in fact the quran says that saving one is like saving all mankind.

all religions have some followers who killed in the name of the religion, well except Buddhism so you can follow them only one problem they say that there's no God !!!

Becuase they misinterpret their book. Oh, and not all Muslims kill people, by the way. Not all Muslims are radical extremists.

Very simply.
Their definition of love for their children is to send them off as Homicide Bombers.
And then the liberal media calls these Homicide Bombers "Freedome Fighters".
Now these Islamic preachers take that as a green light, which I am sure is what the media wants. (More action, More viewers).
The bottom line is they don't know how to preach love and kindness, all they know is hate.
And if there are Muslims out there who want to prove me wrong why don't we here you in the media?
