No way i will go with my partner's family on my honeymoon. For me, honeymoon is meant to be for couples only.

HONEYMOONS ARE MEANT FOR THE BRIDE AND GROOM, IF THEY ARE WANTING TO GO WITH YOU, THEN IT SHOULDNT BE CALLED A HONEYMOON. MAYBE YOU COULD GO ON A HONEYMOON AT ANOTHER TIME, OR JUST TELL THEM THAT YOU AND YOUR SPOUSE ARE GOING ALONE!!

I would never allow parents to go on your honeymoon. Thats your time to spend together!

What? No, that's not normal. That's weird. I wouldn't marry a person who was OK with mommy and daddy coming on the honeymoon.

I would definitely NOT bring the in-laws or anyone else along. This is not a family vacation!

As long as they do not interfere with couple time, I don't see the issue.

I would set some ground rules before having family go along. "No calls/visits between these times, etc"...

This is perhaps a little precursor of what the marriage will be like, so either get very fond of her family, or set some ground rules now.

We went on ours and spent some of it with her whole family. I don't know if I would share the whole vacation with them.

Unless they're paying for it, I'd tell them to buzz off.
