Someone told me that we often suffer some problems because of evil spirits e.g. fear of the unknown, worrying for no apparent reason, hardship,etc. Is there any remedy for such problems, spiritual or otherwise?

There is quite a bit of truth in what you have heard. These "evil spirits" are none other than, fallen angels or demons. Ever had yourself going along happily, during the day and all of a sudden you find yourself getting into a "bad mood" ? This is usually a sign of this. The bible calls them "seducing spirits" ! The remedy lays in a spiritual relationship with God, the Father, through Jesus Christ. This will provide you with the spiritual stamina to cope with the forces of evil !

The best way to live a life of peace and serenity ... free from the fear of evil, or of anything else ... is to participate fully in the work, worship, sacraments, and devotions of the Church.
And the only Church which possesses the fullness of God's power, truth, real presence, and authority is, always has been, and always will be, the Catholic Church.

The only remedy is to stop believing in Evil Incarnate...
The biggest cause of human suffering (the way I see it) is that people believe that there is some master evil force out there causing all the terrible things that happen to them...
When in reality we are all just human beings who make mistakes and have some really bad days...
The belief in "pure evil" is what tears families apart and starts wars with other countries...

Yes the demons are always trying to torment us, you need Gods holy spirit and the name of Jesus will get you that and the demons will flee at the name, here read this and get it!
