In the short run, it helps to relive stress but in the long run it causes so much stress due to the agony of diseases that it causes such as cancer. Remember this. It is better to be the Shepperd of the flock of a good life than to go down the road map of life's many diseases caused by smoking. Good luck to you.

Yes... like any other drug it causes the body to produce chemicals and causes a momentary bliss.

Having a few beers and smokes after a hard week does it for me.

yes but only for a few moments. but it has very bad effects afterwards. so as a friend i advise u not 2 smoke or have tobbaco coz once u get addicted it would b very difficult 2 dump them.

Yes it does, it also relieves my boredom, and since I quit smoking pot 2 mos ago, it helps combat those urges.
