It seemed that you are addicted to the computer, first..
- Find yourself something to do(for 1 or 2 hours)
- Use the computer for 1 hour if you cannot resist
- Go out with your friends or cycle for 2-3 hours
- Use the computer for 1 hour if you cannot resist
- Do your own work or watch TV
- Go out to buy dinner or so on
-Eat your dinner
You will be too tired to use the computer again if u did the above activities, try this almost everyday, it might improve

Well, not to be rude, but ummmm...you might want to learn how to spell (or use the spell checker).
After that, you could try finding other interesting things to do to take up your time so you don't just vegetate at the computer all day. You know, there IS more to life than just sitting in front of an electronic device all day. You could even just go for a walk, get some fresh air!!!
Maybe you could even go to a museum or get a job or something???

You must find an outdoor activity, or an activity outside the house. I write and have to be at the computer a long time, but I started playing sports over 10 hours a week. I accept all invites to go out, even though I may find them a big yawn. Also invite friends round often, then you really can't go to the computer. Good luck

Step 1: Turn off your computer. Right now.
Step 2: Grab a book.
Step 3: Grab a lawnchair.
Step 4: Walk outside.
Step 5: Sit down.
Step 6: Read.

Oh, me, too. I'm disabled and retired, but enough is enough. My solution, which is pretty effective at lessening my computer and TV time, is to go visit friends. This was quite challenging for me because I just moved 2,000 miles from where I last (and first and always) lived. So I have had to WORK at making friends. But it's working, and friends are a lot more fun than the TV or computer, too.

find something else to occupy yourself with. most of us end up on our computer when we have nothing to do.
go rake your garden, watch some TV, spend time with the kids, take a brisk walk, cycle, hit the gym, ask out old friends (don't merely call them, they'll ask you to MSN them) and do other stuff.

Read a book! If you're not much of a reader, start with something geared to younger folks. I LOVED the Harry Potter books. :)
