You might ask her. Remember, girls seem to have different kinds of engines from men. If you jump on her bones she's liable to fight as well as give you love in return. Rather than jump her, or grab her, start slowly and gently. Talk nicely. Touch her, caress her. Listen to what she says and how she says it. She is just as uncertain as you and maybe wants the same thing you do...maybe not. So don't jump in and ruin a good relationship by being impetuous. No don't quickly do anything. Just ease over and give her a kiss and then see if she is interested in kissing or making out some. She may be about to grab you and do something to you. Take it easy and slow with her. She may surprise you and come out of her shell too. Then go for it if she is ready.
