You appeared to have messed up your question. PNR numbers are assigned to passengers/bookings and not to airlines themselves. What do you mean by PNR No. of Air India?

Yes Everyairlines gives PNR (passenger name record)
if you booked with Airindia, they too give PNR, which is
booking status of your booking, even it contains many details about your food pref/seat no/and many more. But what mainly concerned with is about your booking status.
The CRS generated every booking record with PNR NO.
That is what it is, may airindia/indian/lufthansa/.
But there is also PNR from Travel Agents, which is generated from their CRS and approved by Airlines.
