The green ones are more sour than the red ones...which indicates that the reds are full of sugar. The red ones taste better, I think. Sometimes the green ones are kinda bitter... I have some green ones right now in my fridge that are bitter...

Red usually have a thicker skin, I think. Plus the red grapes have more anti-oxidants too. Either way, they're very good for you!

Sometimes I can taste a difference & sometimes I can't. I think grapes taste best in summer & the flavors are more distinct.

I have had both and sometimes either one is "Sour or Sweet", must depend on where they are from or when they are picked.
