this morning i had a brunch that consisted of: 1 peice of chicken, green beans, potatoes, pasta salad, & mixed fruit. [all small portions of course]; and then for the rest of the day i had: whole wheat bagel w/ lite creme cheese, an orange, an apple, a bag of kettle corn, some french vanilla coffee, lots of peanut butter, and pringles. i've been having a HUGE appetite lately, and i don't even know why? Anyways, is this really ALOT of food to eat? I usually try to watch what i eat, and i exercise. Do you think this will effect me?

That doesn't sound like much at all. It sounds like not enough, in fact. You should have something similar to your brunch for dinner.

And lots of water.

No I don't think it will effect you. You were just really hungry today. You were good with the whole wheat bagel w/ lite creme cheese. Just work out extra long and you will be fine.

If you eat this way every day I think it could be a problem-the protein you chose was relatively high fat and maybe not enough ( I don't know what is "lots" of PB to you). More whole grains and lean protein instead of sugar and fat ( the fruit-sugar, the popcorn-fat & sugar, the chips-fat and sugar, the PB-fat and sugar) will fill you up and stick with you longer.

As women we go through different stages...a lot of it is related to our hormones and what's happening in our bodies...allow yourself to go through those changes...just don't let yourself go and make sure you burn it off on a regular basis.
