How do I get this scar to go away, it is like a cut mark.

You can have it surgically removes or with laser surgery.
Perhaps a shin graft will be necessary.
It is not the number 666 unless you put it there, or got a Tattoo.
Coco Butter after a year of application will take many scars away. I've seen it happen with my brother.

If you are a Christian, I would say that it could be a great conversation starter with pagans regarding spiritual matters.
If you haven't accepted Christ as savior, then having a mark or not won't change the destiny you've already decided for yourself.
