ROTFL...
Ah, hell, you made me laugh so hard the food I was eating went straight up through my nasal passages and now I have a splitting migraine. NOW how can I answer you?
An absolutely perfect question which I know the answer to. It was the monkeys. Noah liked the monkeys. I mean, he REALLY liked the monkeys. Now, because of Noah's sexual deviance, we all get to suffer the consequences.

Lets not muddy the waters. There are 2 types of evolution.
Christians generally have no problems with microevolution. If only the grey moths live on to reproduce match a grey tree, most people have no proble with that. That is just selective breeding and stays within a species/family.
It is the macro-evolution that Christians tend to be against (well, not all of them). They don't believe in monkeys becoming humans and that sort of thing, but they are usually not against the notion of bacteria or viruses changing properties.
On AIDS, it did not have to come on the Ark. There could have been a fish variation of AIDS. Or like the conspiracy theorists, maybe the US military created it. Or maybe scientists accidentally made it in creating a cure for something else. Or, it could have likely been a mutation of another virus (but it still remained a virus). Of course, there is a doctor who says AIDS doesn't exist and nearly everyone has HIV, and full-blown AIDS cases are iatrogenic (doctor-caused) or the result of behavior (like drug use).
Another idea on viruses, who says that the flood would have killed them? The fish survived the flood, why not a lot of microbes? Viruses may crystalize, make cysts, or whatever as a means of protection until conditions are right for them.
Other STDs could have mutated as well. Many people have a strain of herpes virus or EBV and not even know it. Not all strains are harmful.
We have found that killer versions of the flu are like ordinary versions of the flu with maybe a single gene difference. That might not be "evolution" per se, but just the effects of other chemicals, like free radicals.
Lets not forget if we are talking in the context of creationism, then if man was intelligently designed, and Christ performed miracles, couldn't AIDS and other things be intelligently designed later? I know, that goes against the mantra of today, "Oh, a loving God could never do that!" But if a person believes in a supernatural, omnipotent God, then they would have to admit that such a creation would be within His power and reach.

God can intervene in human history whenever he pleases, so when he saw all the sex people were having in the 70s, he parted the heavens and dropped the AIDS on us. The only STD that was on Noah's ark was syphillis. Shem's wife got it on Spring Break.

Don't you know anything? God didn't create HIV, STDs or any other acronym of that sort. It was Adam and Eve choosing to sin that brought about everything evil and difficult in the world from menstral cramps to the 40 hour work week.
So apparently God just created a universe in which doing something He didn't like causes HIV, STDs, CP, MS, ALS, PMS, OCD, IBS and all that other great stuff. But He's a smart God, I think, because somehow He gets credit for being *all powerful* while sidestepping the blame for setting things up so that all these very bad things happen. I couldn't have thought that one up.

Why not question all of today's and yesterdays sickness and disease! Polio was live and kicking in the nineteen 40s. Where did it come from?
What is the purpose of bringing in the ARK?
Your question and comments say a lot about your character! None of it positive!
All humans have a free will, that means you always have choices. People that have AIDS, chose to do the things that can lead to aids.
Even after being told and warned! What choices have you made, other than this really,
less than intelligent, assumption/accusation?

This is why religion should be considered political sedition, stupid people take two completely unrelated topics and fabricate a connection.
And no, from what I remember, there was only Noah's family on said "ark", so that means that if AIDs was present, so was incest. Good luck with that.

New viruses develop all the time, they did not necessarily have to survive the last great flood to be in existence today.
