1. Yes.
2. Probably, she's a girl.
3. Talk to her. Let her know you like her instead of hiding it.

Ok I think you can do this fine, and I'm sure if it's something you want bad enough you'll quickly take actions.
1) Understand that nothing bad can happen from asking her out. I would think at your age most girls would say yes in a heart beat if they are asked out. But on the rare chance she says no, at your age you should easily be able to rebound and find someone else.
2) Too late, I know that her friends have already told her and they are conversating about what they think about you and what she wants to do.
3) I know this may sound unnatural, but drop everything on your mind and ask her out as soon as you can get a hold of her. Tell her truthfully and shortly of what you think about her without scaring her.
I also suggest that she'll be nervous too, so try and handle the situation in the most comfortable way as possible. Like ask her out while you guys are eating lunch, talking on the phone, or chatting online.

I wouldn't ask her out since you didn't get an answer from her friend and if her friend is any kind of friend she will definitely squeal on you and probably already has. Don't feel stupid just keep being yourself and make her wait now that she knows. And I was too young to date at 13 but that doesn't mean everyone is too young to date at 13. I know 31 year olds that are too young to date. Be smart and wait it out, you will soon find out if she likes you or not.

1st - yes you need to ask her out and remember for every 4-5 girls you ask out or date you may find 1 that fits well with you so don't freak if she says no that just get one more of the wrog ones out of the way. Even the happiest people kissed alot of frogs to get where they are
2nd - GF are a different kind of person we don't follow the same rules you learned. BGF are tight they will support each other you will almost always be better off talking directly to her cause the GF wil tell her
3rd - See #1 but make it good even if she says no you want her to remember for a long time

1. If you want to ask her out go ahead. It will drive you nuts until you do anyway.
2. If they are good friends, yeah she'll squeal!
3. That's only something that you can decide.

If you like her, ask her out. It is as simple as that. She already thinks you're nice, so show her your true, kind nature. If her friend is any friend at all to either of you, she will not tell. She made a promise, trust her to keep it.
