how do I reduce fat on my legs ONLY?
I'm afraid if I do squats my chest might be smaller. I'm flat-chested but big-legged or something I dont want my chest to looks smaller but I like my legs to be trimmed. help pls?

Do exercises specifically for your legs.

Leg lifts- lay on your side with the leg closest to the ceiling laying directly above the leg closest to the floor. Lift the leg closest to the ceiling up for 3 slow counts and down for 2 slow counts. repeat this for 12-15 times. Then switch sides and repeat. (This works on your outer thigh)

For inner thigh - In the same position as above bend the leg closest to the ceiling and bring your foot in front of you, keep the leg below straight, the foot should be around the middle of your thigh of the other leg. Hold your ankle of the bent leg with foot in front of the middle part of your thigh. Flex the foot on the leg that is extended or straight and lift the bottom leg toward the ceiling.

Then do some squats and calves lift for the rest of your legs.

How are squats going to make your chest smaller? OK well the idea is to trim down your legs, NOT bulk them up. So you wanna work them out, use very light waits with high repetitions. That will tighten them up help burn the fat and you shouldn't bulk up. If you have any other questions you can try going to Allexperts.com.

go running.. or other just leg work-outs.. there are lots of other things. and your chest most likely won't get smaller though that much.

dont do squats or any kind of weight lifting it will make you get muscle and your legs will be bigger!! use a machine that you squeeze between your legs, to work you legs out!!!

if you have fat legs, you probably have fat other parts too..no one that is skinny has fat to get rid of on their legs. so run and get ur whole body exercised!
