Its not unnatural for a teen wanting to smoke. Even if they never do smoke, it feels right holding a fake cigarette to your mouth. Im guessing its because of movies.. You know, cause its cool thing to do. If you ACTUALLY want to smoke though, i would suggest this... it is a cheaper and healthier then smoking.......Suck on beef Jerky. I know it sound rediculous, but it actually helps.=D

I am not trying to INSULT ANYONE, but I have never met a home schooled person who wasn't a little prone to problematic behavior like this...touched by the leathery hands of instability, as it were.
If you really wanna rebel in a way that won't cost you money or potentially your own life once you're hooked and past the point of, well, making whatever point to those raising you you're trying to make, this is what I'd do:
Tell them this sheltered homeschooling thing isn't working out. You are thinking of your future now, and you want a REAL diploma, from a REAL school(saying a PUBLIC school would really chap their collective hide!)
Tell them G.E.D. stands for (in your mind anyway, NOT THIS poster) "Good Effort Dumb-***" and you look forward to offering the hungry public the quality choices or "original" or "extra crispy".
Failing that, if they're evangelicals (or some other form of protestant religion leading them to believe homeschooling is the way to go...a surprising amount of them do, you know)tell them you want to convert to Catholicism...that will blow the discussion wide open! It will be a legendary argument in the historical archives!
Either way dude, don't smoke. Sounds like you don't so far, so there's no addiction that would compel you.
By the way, there's nothing more pathetic than a kid your age attempting to hustle cigs from strangers..I hope you dig rejection and a look from people that says "see you here on this corner 10 years from now." Your yes/no panhandling ratio will be at best 1 out of 100. 100 "can I git a smoke?" questions for a measley butt. Not worth the time.

I started smoking a week after my 15th birthday and it lead me to do coke, valium, xanax, acid, shrooms, and ecstasy.
Life was fun cause your always trying to beat last week and getting more drunk or higher than last time. Sooner or later life is a endless blur and complete drag. You might be saying man i wanna smoke at least a cigg, trust me that cigarette will lead you to places you'd neve inagine yourself. Why do you want to do cause maybe you want to be experienced im not sure but thats how it goes. By the way im still fifteen im been an addict for the last 10 months.

I would say you have lyme disease...you probably had a tick bite you adn never knew it....then I read about the drug use. You cursed yourself it sounds like. Each body reacts to drugs differently. I took OTC pills in college to stay up and alert till I started having panic attacks...even after I stopped the pills I was having panic attacks for the next six months. I have also had Lyme's disease. It can truly mess with your head. I had an accident and a head injury which brought the Lyme's disease out. It really messed me up adn I found out there is tons of symptoms besides the rash and all. Another thing to look into is allergies, they can really mess a person up to and cause symptoms you would never guess. Best of luck and go see a doctor, they are the only ones who can help you. You may need to try many before one believes you...it took ten to find out what was wrong with me, the rest said it was all in my head. May you be blessed.

There's a lot of reasons as to why you may want to smoke. It might seem relaxing, you may want to rebel, you may think it'll make you look cooler and sophisticated, who knows? The point is you'll end up regretting it. It makes you cough a lot, your teeth turn yellow, your breath stinks, they put rat poison and nail polish remover in cigarettes, and you'll get lung cancer. Don't smoke.

Don't do it!
In 1975 I quit and at that time a pack of Marlboro cost .45 cents, and today...$4.05 per pack ?
If the Government don't shut those tobacco factories down, what will the cost be for a pack 30 years from now ? $45.00 a pack.

I began smoking at your age because I thought it was cool. It was the single most destructive mistake of my life that left me with irreversible lung damage and chronic asthma. Additives were used then to hook people quicker in nicotine addictions. It's not cool anymore, it's banned in most public places in the U.S. and offensive to more people than not.

i am 30 and do smoke and started when i was your age and i have had a hard time quitting. so don't do it is pretty much instantly addicting and causes lots of different problems starting with ear infections, copd, lung cancer and you will always get bronchitis when you get sick and will have a heck of a time getting rid of it. you also cough up black yuck every mornning and people really don't like kissing an ashtray and it is bad for everyone around you. so don't do it please. its really really bad trust me
