I'm sitting here doing my taxes for this and while going through my filing cabient I realized I never filed for my 2005 taxes, can I still claim them? And if so do I add it on to the form that I'm doing right now or would I have to do it seperatly?
Thanks!

You have to file the 2005 return separately, using the forms and instructions for 2005. You can download them at irs.gov - go to "more forms and publications", then to "previous years", then to 2005. Do NOT add them to this year's return.

You'll have to mail the 2005 forms - you can't efile. But if you have a refund coming, you'll get it, with no penalty. If you owe, there will be interest and penalty on top of what you owed in the first place.

You can file now. You must file it seperatly, find the forms that u need for 2005 and do it, you dont have do it by April 17, but u wanna do it soon.
If you owe money, u have to pay interest and penalty back to 2005 'til 2days date.

2005 taxes would go on 2005 forms!

If you are getting a refund, file this year. You will lose it next year.

You have to file separately using the 2005 forms - they are still available on line at irs.gov.
