What does "sei lá" mean?

"Sei la" basically means "What do I know" or "I don't know".
It is usually used when someone asks a question...

-What is the weather going to be like tomorrow?
-Sei la!

''sei lá'' means ''I don't know''
but it's informal... actually, it's a slang...

I know it because I'm Brazilian and I say ''sei lá'' every day =P
