If you would like an honest answer and not the foolishness some people have posted here I will make it easy for you.

The Jews had this idea that Jesus would come riding in with a sword and conquer the Roman Empire and take over the world as their king. They were disappointed because they didn't know the scriptures enough to know that He was prophesied as a suffering Saviour. The Old Testament is filled with prophecies about Christ's coming, His death and His resurrection, and the gospels show the fulfillment of them.
Christ Himself stood in the congregation when He was 30 years old and told them He was the fulfillment of the prophecies, and instead of accepting Him they wanted to throw Him out and eventually killed Him.

They Pharisees and Saducees who hated Him and had Him killed were ignorant of the fact that they were instrumental in fulfilling prophecy themselves because He did die and rise again just as He told them.

Satan has been a loser ever since he tried to take over God's
throne in Heaven. He will never stop being a loser and will fulfill one more prophecy when he will act upon this scripture;
"Every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the Glory of God the Father." He will be one of the every knee will bow group like we all will be, but he will not be able to lead people to deny it then.

Because the Jews don't hold anything after the so called old testament as being divinely inspired and thus discount the whole Jesus story. the end.

Not all Jewish people don't believe in Jesus. Messianic Jews celebrate Jesus as the Messiah.

Scripture predicts that the Israel would harden their hearts and that God would use their denial to bring Gentiles into the kingdom of God. Paul spoke that he hoped that his fellow Jewish people would become jealous of the Gentiles relationship with God and turn their hearts back to the Lord.

Still, the Israelites play a very important part in the church of Christ. And, as christians we should pray for them.

So many reasons, so little time.

Try claiming to be Divine, not fulfilling any of the ACTUAL Messianic prophecies or the fact that the 'proofs' from Christians aren't really prophecies at all.

Then toss in the theological errors that Paul makes every other sentence on Judaism and you've got your answer.

See http://messiahtruth.com if you actually want some good lit on this.

I'm not a Jew but a Satanist.
However this one is easy.

Malachi 4:5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD

Was John the Baptist Elijah?
John 1:21 And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias [Elijah]? And he saith, I am not.

Since John the baptist wasn't Elijah Jesus couldn't be the Messiah! CASE CLOSED!

Aren't you wondering why Muslims don't believe he his the son of God or why Hindus don't believe in Jesus? Why are you picking on the Jews?

Jews don't believe in Jesus because He is not the King/Messiah that they expected.

While they hoped for a King that would deliver the nation from Roman occupation, the instead had a Messiah who was to deliver them from their sins.
