Cook the pork chops by frying as usual until half done, then add cream of mushroom soup to the frying pan and boil the meat in the soup until finished cooking. Mashed potatoes and string beans make good side dishes with pork chops. Pork chop flavored cream of mushroom soup makes good gravy.

Slap 2 of them together with some Pineapple or Apple slices between them. Tie into bundles with Butcher string, brush with oil and season.
Shove under the grill in the oven for about 5 minutes each side until cooked.
Prior to serving snip the string and remove
That would be yummy

I like porkchops that have a crispy crust so this is how I cook them.
I sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder on them then coat them in a mixture of half flour and half yellow corn meal. (Occasionally I sprinkle them with a little dried mustard too.)
I then fry them in just a little bit of oil.
Simple but they sure are good and crispy on the outside.
I serve them with heavily buttered soft whipped potatoes, broccolli with cheese sauce and apple sauce with a little cinnamon mixed into the apple sauce. The cinnamon flavored apple sauce tastes great with the porkchops.

Pork is really sensitive to excessive heat, it will toughen up beyond redemption. So no matter what your recipe, don't overheat it. Current correct cooked temp is not more than 155 degrees, ignore the old 180 guideline.
Try a sautee with rosemary/butter/white wine.

Put them in a glass casserole dish, take Italian dressing and pour it over them until they are completely covered. Then stick it in the fridge for maybe twenty minutes ( and you can really even skip that if your in a hurry ). Make sure your oven is pre-heated to 350, and stick them in for about twenty minutes. They are great, and incredibly juicy! This is also good for boneless chicken, though you cook it for an hour. My husband is normally a "beef" man, but he will actually make these!

If they are thick enough to grill and you like things a little spicy, we like to season with a rub or commercial seasoning like Durn Good seasoning, spray lightly with Pam for Grilling and grill over a direct-medium fire.
For grilling instructions, we use the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com. Enter the details for the thickness and doneness of the chops and it will give you grilling instructions. If they are not allowed to stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before grilling (or are still cool from the thawing process), use the Fridge Reminder setting of "Fridge to Grill" to add a little extra grilling time to the calculation.
After grilling, we like to put a little of our favorite bbq sauce in a dish to use as a dipping sauce. Or mix up a little honey mustard sauce of your own. You can also use variations of the seasoning (or none at all) if you need to for the tastes and preferences of each member of your household.

You can make pork chops and sauerkraut. Add sauerkraut to baking dish. Place chops on top cover with foil and bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
You can fry the chops. Roll in flour and fry in a small amount of oil.
You could make chops with diced tomatoes diced onions and 3 tblsp of margarine in frying pan. Add pork chops in mixture and saulte. Cook slowly for about 45 minutes season with salt and pepper or italian seasoning. These chops are very tender when done. easy to chew.
You can also make stove top for pork and place in baking pan, add chops to top cover with foil and bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
You could also serve with buttered noodles, or over white rice.
