So me and my ex dated for 3 years we broke up and it sucked but we got over it and moved on. Neither or us have gf/bf though. Well just recently we've started talkin and bein friends, which I love its so much fun and we know each other really good. We BOTH know that we won't ever be anything more than friends but when we hang out we always end up makin out and stuff... is that normal or not good? I don't know I kinda just want some advice on the whole subject! thanks =]

it all depends on what u feel for this guy f u guys have the potential to get back together and that feeling is mutual then go ahead .....on the other hand if both ya'll know within ur hearts u just messing around then u should quit tha **** sweetie ( sorry) cause at the end of the day u will just have mixed emotions and feelings and end up breaking ur own heart and maybe even ruining the chance to find true love......love diva

2 me it doesn't seem like u both moved on. I think that you 2 still love each other and want 2 be together. I suggest that the next time you see him have a talk about the situation. I really don't think that he is using you because if he cared for you he wouldn't do that . Think about the reason why you still have these sexual feelings for him. Is it because you still have feelings for him deep down inside or because it is fun to make out with someone who you are not attached to. The same question should apply to him also. Maybe, you have feelings for each other but to afraid to take a chance again with a relationship.I think you should get back together, just talk about it. you could wind up with a broken heart and a good friendship ended If he is using you for what he wants. It's not good, but normal! There is no way the two of you can be friends. It's not happening. Be there done that! I guess it is okay as long as neither one of you get emotionally attached to the situation. If both of you realize that you two are nothing more than friends with benefits then things will be great. don't catch feelings and hope he doesn't either. When the feelings fall in, well, the whole situation gets sticky!

Okay, serious contradiction there. You can't be "just friends" if you are always slobbering all over each other.
It's time to either embrace the relationship and start going out again, or it's time to cut each other loose and move on with your lives for real.

Usually its not good especially if your not looking on going anywhere with it, because eventually one of you will find another make out partner and someones feelings will get hurt, another thing you may be keeping each other without knowing it from moving onto someone else. It usually feels good to hang out with an ex because you do know each other so well.

If you are making out with him you are not just friends.I have been in that situation and it is really not a good thing to do.Make a clean break of it,get back together or just be friends,no making out. You are wasting your time and you could be looking for someone else instead of fooling around with someone you have no future with. Good luck
