Okay so my shoulders kinda ache like a dull ache. my whole arm kinda hurts too sometimes. along with my hands which are kinda cold. my legs are okay and my neck kinda hurts. i sometimes crack my neck could that be whats causing this? could it be growing pains? i've been sleeping on the couch lately so could that be why?
please help!!

you don't state your age, but growing pains usually occur in the legs. You need to get off the couch and sleep on a bed. Or even a mattress or sleeping bag on the floor is beter than the sofa. You may have just a strained neck from sleeping on the couch, or a more serious problem, like herniated disc.

Have yourself checked for a herniated disc. No more sleeping on the couch!

You need a comfortable bed and a physical.
