You must increase your activity level and eat less--a lot less.
Don't buy diet drinks, drink water.
Don't buy diet foods, just don't put sauces, gravy or salt and pepper on your food; it will not taste so good, and you will definitely eat less.
Get out early each morning and walk 2 or 3 miles. Then eat breakfast.
Go out and walk 2 or 3 miles before or after dinner.
Don't eat ANYTHING after 6 p.m.

Do not buy any "diet" products there all a fraud. If you live in a changing climate joining a gym is a good idea b/c they usually have classes that can be very convenient. also, if you have the money and cant seem to get your eating right then see a dietitian they are really great with planning a eating guide

Eat healthy and do exerisce. try not to work out. DO a sport or
go for morning + and evening walks but after a meal. Dont get fat free foods adn slim fast. Better to do it naturally. do this for a month than if u see results keeps doing it. or else go to a doctor. if u dont have a doc get one. or ask for a suggestion from a friend.

No snacks and no seconds. Exercise. Works every time. If you've watched The Secret, it'll tell you to think that you are going to be thin instead of thinking of losing weight. Keep it in your head at all times that you are going to be thin. Thinking of a snack? Switch to thinking, "I'm going to be thin". Power of suggestion.

you could try drinking lots and lots of water and exercise or you could go on a cleansing diet i myself haven't tried it yet but i kno it gives really great results

A) Starve to death
B) Eat a LOT of Prunes.
(be near a bathroom)
C)Eat grass.

uhh... you could buy the weightwatchers book and do that my dad does that...
they are a lot cheaper than diet pills.
