Bio-Chip and 666 (reasked due to lack of answers)?

Question

On Thursday i had to catch the bus,while i was waiting by myself,out of no where came this 80 some odd old lady,she asked me do i know about the chip. And i was like "huh". She told me about this bio-chip we all supposedly have to have. I'm baptist and she asked me am i Christian,then she said its kind of the same thing. The thing about the chip she said is that 666 is on each 1,the bible in Chapters 14,15,and 16 in the last book of it speak about it to a certain extent. She said my soul and nyone elses who gets it soul will instantly burn in the lake of fire forever. Then she asked me a 2nd time after educating me about the chip will i take it. I told her no,she said i will die if i don't and am i willing to die for god and i immediately said yes. I'm not getting anykind of chip put in me even outside of my religious beleifs. Anyone here of this chip,tell me more. Its been worrying me all weekend.

I don't know though,i was always told elders know what they're talking about,she seemed very beleivable,maybe even some kind of angel,she popped up out of no where and she walked off when my friends walked up to the bus stop,they seemed to have not seen her,she was there for 2 more minutes.

The mark is visible right though? I heard the battery is lithium and can explode and corode,sound like it to me its all coming together.

The dear old lady probably was watching Jack Van Impe again. Listen, Jesus will lead His children during all these days of tribulation. Don't panic, trust in God. Live your life like you are going to live to be 100yrs old. Keep your faith in Christ and just trust in Him. We are not to worry about things like this or anything for that matter. God will give you strength for what ever comes your way in life. God Bless.

I'm probably considered a little out there by most, but I absolutely believe it's plausible. I'm a Christian and I believe what the Bible says. First, it says that anyone that doesn't have the mark will not be able to buy or sell anything (Revelation 13:17) Today, most of us have check cards which we use to purchase something. To me, it's not a great leap to imagine that the information on the magnetic strip can be put into a chip and inserted into the hands or foreheads of people. (It would certainly cut down on identity theft.) Also, we currently have and use the technology to implant our pets with GPS chips. Honestly, I don't think it will be long before this all takes place. As far as Christians being raptured before all this happens, it's up for debate. Some people believe we will be, some don't think so. According to my personal interpretation, I don't think we'll be raptured beforehand. But we will see.

All that being said, every generation of Christians since Jesus has believed that they were living in the end times. As for me, I don't want the chip. But don't worry yourself over it that much. Keep it in mind, so that if the things do come to pass in our lifetime, you'll know what to do.

Ramon...Listen...We are not in the time of Great Tribulation or(Jacob's Trouble)..this is when the mark or "possibly" a chip will be implemented by the Antichrist(head of the European Union). To take the mark would be swearing allegiance to the New World Order and it's captain "The Antichrist".

If you are a Christian...the bible states that we(the church) are not appointed to wrath..the time of Israel's trouble will be during the last half or 3 1/2 years of the Tribulation period...if I and many other Christians are correct in our interpretation of eschcatology...the church of Jesus Christ will not be here during that period...having been taken out either pre or mid-tribulation.(note only the last 3 1/2 years are the Great Tribulation.

If we are here as some of my friends believe...then we would be be-headed rather than accept the mark.
Do not worry God will provide grace for us,whatever happens.

Matthew, That marking of 666 is a spiritual marking. Think of it this way... remember how Jesus said he would write new laws on the hearts of his servants? Well it's sort of a similar thing with the 666. ... a mark identifying someone as being against God and his King Christ Jesus. No offense but you'd be better served searching the scriptures for how GOD wants to be worshiped to make sure you are approved, rather than some non-existent outer marking.

I think the govt. would like to implant chips into humans in a similar fashion to what they are doing to pets and it is frightening. This is part of the New World Order and the Big Brother Superstate that is being thrust upon us. I won't take the flu shot again. I just don't know for a fact what's in it and I don't trust it. To people who are not "in the know" about these things, it sounds like paranoia. But it is not. I encourage everyone to get educated outside the mass media.

I have heard the bio-chip possibility before. However, it's not something that is about to go into effect. It is out there as a possibility for many other purposes, such as keeping tabs on where people are and containing their social security number. At this point, it still sounds to sci-fi for me. The bible talks about taking on some kind of mark in which we would pledge our allegiance to the anti-Christ. If you WILLING take on this mark, you are KNOWINGLY denouncing God's existence. If this should be in our lifetime, you are going to know for sure that this is it.

The "chip" has been used for years to track pedigrees of dogs & cats, in case they are stolen or lost...it works better than tatoos because they have tracking capacities used by vets & shelters, where the tats can be removed or become marred in accidents/fights.

Yes, it is very likely, with our present human mgmt. system, that these will be placed in us as well...very easily through vaccines, dental works, operations, etc. Currently, this is up on the boards as the way to prevent illegal immigration activity as well as keeping a watch on released or escaped felons, etc...it is the way to replace our Social Security numbers, can be scanned for existing warrants, and are capable of holding incredible amounts of personal info as well.

This will be the greatest move toward fully negating our Constitution, and our rights as human beings, while maintaining the power echelons-at-large.....EEEK!!!!

I know they have implantable chips for pets, so they can be returned to their owners if lost. I also know that the military is experimenting with something similar. A soldier at a px once accidentally ran his hand across the scanner at the checkout, and it REGISTERED. It's happening, folks, and money can be wiped out within weeks. Don't believe me? Try putting a $20 in your microwave and see what happens!

I believe the mark that you refer to will be visible for all to see not some hidden under the skin chip. Satan is too vain for that. I still would not accept any computer chips in my skin though just to stay on the safe side ;-)

It is possible that the mark of the beast will be a chip implanted in either the forehead or hand, as the bible says. However....born again Christians will not be here for this. We will be raptured off the earth before the rise of the anti-christ, and he will be the one forcing people to take the mark.

Are you born again by faith in Christ as your savior? Yes? Then don't worry about it.
