I fell in water fishing and my Kodak digital film memory card was in my camera at the same time. Its a 64MB SD card. Is it possible that I can retrieve my pictures still?

Yes. No problem as it is hermetically sealed. You can put it in any card reader (local drug store for example) and view and even print your pic's from there. A 64MB card kinda dates the camera since you can get a 256MB SD card today for about $15.00, so I doubt if the camera survived.
