If you have the money try a lifestyle coach, they are great at helping you change your lifestyle behaviors. It is the behaviors and habits that are making you overweight not the food. All the diets in world will never help unless you change the habits. Good luck

Move to a warmer and/or sunnier area, increase caffeine intake (to like 200mg a day), try ephedra pills for like a month (supresses appetite/increases metabolism but is dangerous when taken for long periods of time), and if u live by yourself then stop buying junk food. The caffeine will help: take a caffeine pill in the morning, zip through your work day, take a pill after work, go to the gym, and after going to the gym one day (immediately after!) go shopping for foods and you'll have zero desire to get high-calorie foods. Also, you'll notice that if you try to just stop eating (anorexia), the first couple days will be extremely hard but after that your appetite will decrease drastically and u wont even need caffeine and stimulants to not be hungry. Not the healthiest thing to do, but it works. Dont use ephedra or caffeine supplements if u have a history of heart conditions.

Go to weight watchers or try a low carb diet, around 55 carbs. It is hard to do at first but after a few days yoy will feel better. I have done both and had really good luck with both. Good luck to you.
