Well, I've never posted a question on yahoo answers, but I might give it another try if so. I like scrolling through all the different responses to see the opinions of others. I might try a little research if I really needed the answer though.

No, I doubt that I would. I'd figure that either the question wasn't good enough or else it was too specific and nobody knew the answer.
Reposting just seems like beating a dead horse to me, somehow.

yes but maybe reword it and put it in a different category.
Short and to the point thing are read more often then not.
Spelling has a lot to do with it....if you have misspelled words some people will not answer it.
