You won't get old, die and rot. You will have eternal life just like the rest of us. Yours will just be in a warmer climate.

wee: I'm a Christian, and I don't believe that you are going to "rot" (forever) . You will die - that I can assure you of (although you make not necessarily get old first). The truth of the matter is. Since Jesus Christ loved the whole world (everyone ever, born), and died for us all - we will all be given a chance either, in this life or at His return to earth, to have a relationship with God, the Father, through Him, and a choice to live forever. God is not exclusive to only those, He "calls" or "elects" now. God is in the saving business.

We will all live forever, in an eternity of bliss or an eternity of
torment. The unbeliever will have an immortal body that will
feel torment forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and
ever, get the point?
All you need to do is Acts 16:31, of John 14:6.

We didn't do anything. GOD did everything. GOD came to earth in order to redeem a lost and dying world back to himself. Now we have a simple choice. Accept the sacrifice that Jesus made for us on the cross and surrender our free will. Or reject Jesus and enjoy our free will for a while and be judged on our own merit. If I am found guilty, I am Hell bound.
I choose Jesus. That is what makes me think I'm going to live forever serving the authors of life itself.

Well, your scenario is not exactly correct, however, as a Christian, I will live eternally because God has guaranteed it. Those not saved will not just get old, die and rot. It is a bit deeper than that.

Thanks, but I have endeavors after death. Death is only the body ceasing to exist. Unlike you, I believe there is more to a human than just a mass of cells and organisms. We have minds and souls and those live on way after we "die." How can you deny the yearning of the soul?

All of us are going to live forever....the difference is, is it going to be Eternal Life or Eternal Death. Jesus came that ALL the world could come to Him and in turn be a part of the Eternal Life.

Biblical ignorance is a sad thing to see. We're all going to live forever. It's up to US where it will be. For me, as well as other Christians, I will live in the presence of our Heavenly Father.
Living forever does not refer to our physical bodies. You don't know that even CHRISTIANS' bodies cease to function? Wow! Not the sharpest tool in the shed, are you.

We are all gonna get old die and rot unless were alive during the rapture. Get your facts straight. You have the same chance we do. If you choose to denie God then you brought your ending on yourself.

All of our bodies will die. All of our souls will go on. Some to life, some to eternal separation form God. If that's your definition of rot, sorry. nothing in the afterlife rots.

A Christian believes the claims of God in the bible. God promises whoever believes in His son will have eternal life. This is after our life on this earth is finished.
By the way, everyone lives forever. Those who have faith in Christ, will be in God's kingdom forever. Those who do not believe in God will be in hell forever.
It's not our decision. God provided a way to salvation through His son. We each have choices to make, and there will be a consequence for whatever you choose.
