Incense is resin, or dried sap.

Frankincense comes from Boswellia sacra plant in Somalia.
Myrrh comes from the Commiphora myrrha tree in Africa.
Copal comes from the Bursera tree of Mexico and South America.
Dragon's Blood comes from the Dracaena draco tree.
Pine and Cedar obviously come from various species of pine and cedar trees.
