What is the smallest dimension (length and width) of a runway needed to accommodate the take-off and landing of a C-17 Globemaster III?

Preferably: an answer with dimensions in meters and source cited

The C-17 can take off and land on runways as short as 3,000 (914.4 m) feet and as narrow as 90 feet (27.43 m) wide.

Since it was designed as a military aircraft, it does not have a civilian Type Certificate. There is no reason it couldn't get one, but there isn't a lot of demand in the civilian world for roll on roll off cargo planes which aren't already being filled by the AN-124, the AN-225, the IL-76, and the L-100 (Hercules).

Actually, they don't really NEED a runway, pre say. They can land on a dirt strip if they have to.
