You're fine!!! Totally...I'm 5'4'' and I'm 123 pounds! I'm considered normal! You're less than that...You're in PERFECT shape. Well, if you want to lose weight...the idea...burn more calories than what you eat. Don't not eat...just keep to a minimal calorie diet. Exercise, if you are healthy enough to...and just eat vegetables and healthy stuff. Eat minimal junk food, and remember: Not eating is NOT the key here! But, anyways around, you're fit for your height. No big deal!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

cardio exercise 3 to 4 times per week at least 45 min each, watch what you eat. Ideally, you should lose 2 to 3 lbs per week without losing muscle. If you add weight training you will lose inches but not as much weight, because you will be adding muscle.
Whoops! I just looked at your height and weight and you probably don't need to lose weight, but exercise is still good for you especially if you want to tone up.

Why do you think you need to lose weight? That is perfect! Do some sit ups and drink lots of milk, you'll be fine.

why? you are fine, people are so ridiculous about losing weight when they don't need to! love your body for what it is, not for what you want people to think of it

the old fashion way....you never know what they put in those foods or pills
make sure you exersice every day and you start eating healthier foods
