Federal income taxes, yes you can set up a payment plan but it will cost you interest and fees. For state income taxes, rules vary by state. For property taxes probably not, but talk to the tax collector and ask.

I think so, you should make an appointment with the IRS & go in & explain your situation to them. They should help you work out a way to pay what you owe in a way that works for you. You need to go in & start things, don't wait for them to notify you. Good Luck!!!
