Some people argue the calendar has changed so we can't be certain.
But, although the Hebrew calendar has had some changes, their scholars ALWAYS very carefully counted to maintain the correctness of the 7th day. So that argument is moot.
We need only look at the Hebrew calendar to determine the answer to the question. The 7th day is the same as Saturday on the Roman calendar used by most of the Europeans and Americas.

Oddly, the sabbath commandment is the only one with the word, "REMEMBER", and it is the only one that has been challenged or changed by MAN.

Catherine is right, Saturday is the Sabbath. Sunday is the Lord's Day. Seventh Day Adventists still keep the Sabbath while most other denominations go to church on Sunday.

Saturday is the seventh day of the week and is therefore the Sabbath that God made for man at creation. It is also the 4th Commandment.
The day of worship has never been changed by God..the catholic church changed it to sunday thus fulfilling revelation when it says the Beast is the name of a man who thinks to change times and laws. They also changed the Ten commandments..taking out the one about idols and splitting another in 2.
This info is readily available in catholic books..freely admitted by them. They claim to have the God given authority.

God commanded His people, Israel, to observe the sabbath and keep it holy. The Jewish sabbath has always been from sundown Friday until sundown Saturday.

Christians worship on resurrection day. The women went to the tomb to find Jesus on the day *following* the sabbath.

The Sabbath of God is the seventh day. His day of rest. It represents in shadow the coming of the lord. It is also referred to as the day of the lord and the Millennial kingdom of God. We have by faith entered the his Sabbath, those who have accepted the atonement. We do not worship God in traditions of man but in spirt and truth. Those who have by faith received Jesus are taught to go beyond the law and all days are the Sabbath days. All days are Holy.

various Jewish sects...have the sabbath as Tuesday at dusk...however...some massonic Hebrews have it as Wednesday at dusk..it was Cesar Augusta who "designanted" Saturday as the sabbath due to marketing day for Romans. He only agreed to a sabbath day when he realized the significance of the sabbath to Jewish leaders and to appease them in a small way
