I feel we are on the same boat here, Im 130 5'3" and I want to lose 10lbs by prom which is in 28 days ultimatly 20lbs by summer so I've been researching a little bit and this is what i've found.
If you take in 1200 calories a day which is still considered healthy then you needto burn negitive calories Im am doing so by burning about -900 calories a day certian activities, my activities are:
Sleeping 8hrs a night which burns 440c.
Sitting in class for about 6 hours which burns 550c.
A belly dancing for wimps(which is actually hard) video tape for 1hr which burns 300c.
Walking at 5mph pace for an hour which burns 400c.
and an hours worth of situps which burns 400c.and targets stomach fat/tone so i look good in a bikini.
You can google what types of activities burn how much calories and alternate exercises to a variety each day but make sure you are burning negative calories.
to add a boost to this process you can do the following:
Lift weights, it builds tone on women and doesn'tbulk you up because women don't have enough testosterone to bulk up. Also in the long run you will burn more calories with lifting because muscles help boost fat burn.
Drink lots of water, 8 cups a day, this is hard for me because I love pop but carry around a big bottle of water, like smart water, with you to sip on all day. Dehydration causes your metabolism to slow down up to 15%.
Drink Green Tea, 3 cups a day burns an extra 80 calories and its great for you. If you hate green tea it does come in a pill supplement which you can get at krogers or a CVS.
Caffeine it boost heart and metabolic rate but for every serving of caffeine add a cup of water because caffeine dehydrates you.
Take a multivitamin so your body gets nurished and then your metabolism gets faster.
All this should help although counting calories suck, but just remember every negative 3500 calories is equal to one pound lost. I think you, personally, can get away with fewer negative calories a day burned if you have till summer my negative 900 is because I'm dropping my 10lbs in 4 weeks. But this does work I have lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks with this and stayed at that weight by limiting my calorie intake to match my calorie burn a day and it works great and I stay very healthy.
Also if we are the same size 110 is kind of a little skinny so maybe shoot for 115 it looks GREAT on people our size plus its a size 1-3 and thats model size.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.
